"For years I carried enough shame to tranquilize an elephant every time someone told me I had 'potential.' I was smart, but I didn't know how to follow through on what I intellectually knew. Once I learned I had ADHD, I discovered that the problem was never a lack of effort. My brain simply needed different strategies. That realization changed everything, and it's the heart of how I coach.
I fell into coaching by accident. A few months after my diagnosis, I joined an ADHD program, and a year later I was asked to become a coach. I've since worked with hundreds of clients, and I still love watching someone realize their brain isn't broken. Curiosity, empathy, and creativity are the tools I reach for most. I'd rather ask a question that leads to lasting clarity than hand out advice.
Breathwork found me at a low point in 2017. It reached places in my body that years of talk therapy hadn't, and I now love sharing it because I get to watch healing happen in real time. The more I coach and guide breathwork, the more I find the two go hand in hand."
Outside of work, Brad is a classically trained clarinetist, singer, and conductor. He sang with Andrea Bocelli, the New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Berlin Philharmonic, and the New Jersey Symphony. Brad will also be featured on Radharani's album For the Journey (out October 22, 2026). When he isn't coaching or singing, Brad is an avid cyclist and once rode from Canada to the Mexican border. He is also the proud uncle of three nephews, and a three-time marathoner currently training for his first half marathon."
